1. Booking & Reservations
All tour bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the tour departure date. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed booking form.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations between 60–90 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
3. Tour Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated, tour prices include luxury accommodations, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), road books and GPS routes, professional guides, a sweep vehicle, welcome and farewell events, and a copy of “Driving in Europe.” Airfare, fuel, vehicle insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
4. Travel Insurance
Orius Travel strongly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. We can recommend preferred providers upon request.
5. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that driving tours and luxury travel involve inherent risks. Orius Travel acts as an organizer and agent, not as a carrier or hotelier. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers, weather events, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Vehicle Requirements
Participants on car tours must possess a valid driver's license and maintain appropriate vehicle insurance for European driving. An International Driving Permit is recommended. Orius Travel is not responsible for vehicle breakdowns, mechanical failures, or traffic violations incurred by participants.
7. Changes & Modifications
Orius Travel reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or routes due to weather, road closures, availability, or safety concerns. We will always substitute comparable or superior alternatives.
8. Florida Seller-of-Travel
Orius Travel is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Florida. This registration does not constitute approval by the State of Florida. We are also accredited by IATAN, appointed by ARC, and a member of CLIA.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
